Trinidad flag

I recently made a Trinidadian flag for a close friend who is from the beautiful island of Trinidad. The flag was done with a textured fuse and I love the result. The textured fuse keeps the delineation between the clear backing glass and the colored glass of the flag. I used glass powder to fill the lines prior to heating in the kiln.

After seeing the result I think that any future flags would be really nice with a full fuse as it would bring the backing glass and colored glass together into one full sheet and embed the flag. I think it would keep the lines crisp and eliminate any imperfections in the cutting. Both the textured and full fused versions are good options when working with the clean lines of the flags.
